Policy & Terms

1) Definitions

Platform: the CRICPREP.com website and its services (questions, simulations, user account).
User: anyone browsing or using the platform.
All Access: paid access to premium content for a limited period.

2) Independence

CricPrep is an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with any exam authority or government agency. Exam and organization names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

3) Accounts & security

• Your account is personal. Sharing credentials or simultaneous use by multiple people may result in suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

4) Access, duration & extension

• All Access: valid for 4 months from activation (unless stated otherwise at purchase).
• Extension: a +3 months extension may be granted if you postpone your exam, with reasonable proof, at our discretion.

5) Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., WooCommerce/Stripe depending on your setup). Payment details are handled by those providers; CricPrep does not store full card numbers.

6) Refunds

Digital content becomes available immediately after activation. A refund is available only within 14 hours of payment, and only if a technical issue prevents access and we are unable to resolve it despite our support. Please contact us as soon as possible.

7) Intellectual property

All content (questions, explanations, interface, images, code) is protected. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

8) Acceptable use

• No large-scale extraction (scraping), abusive automation, or attempts to bypass protections.
• No illegal, defamatory, or third-party-rights-infringing content through our forms.

9) Privacy & cookies

• We collect minimal data needed to operate (e.g., email, account info, progress) and technical data (e.g., logs, cookies).
• Cookies may be used for session management, language (EN/FR), and experience improvements.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal/technical constraints.

10) Limitation of liability

CricPrep provides exam-preparation tools. We do not guarantee exam results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

11) Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date indicates the current version.
